Design Thinking sessions, studies of the bank’s financing process and immersion in the concessionaires’ service process guided the work.

Prototypes and Tests

The focus was to give more speed and flexibility to the dealership’s seller. Thus, the approach was to create low-fidelity prototypes to test with these users.

Platform and Processes

The project was responsible not only for defining a new technological platform for consumer credit, but also for reviewing the bank’s internal processes.
